01 Charlotte’s Magic Cream 50ml (£70) – Ok I know you’re thinking it’s pretty expensive for some “magic cream” but I have seen Youtbers rave about this. You apply it just before you put your makeup on as it preps your skin to get a good canvas. The price is holding me back because I already have so many lotions and potions that do a great job however, I can’t help but take a look every time I pass the CT counter. This cream is adored by models and celebs who all swear by it. It’s basically an “8-hours-sleep” in a jar that contains hyaluronic acid and antioxidants to really hydrate your skin and to give you that amazing, dewy complexion. I also like that it’s paraben-free and has SPF 15 to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.
02 Hourglass Vanish Seamless Finish Foundation Stick (£42) – I have only just started using a foundation stick and I love it. It doesn’t take up much room in my makeup bag and it’s mess-free as you can apply it straight onto your face. Hourglass has become one of my favourite brands, their Ambient palette is my absolute favourite. I have fallen in love with their other powders and I have a feeling I would love their foundation sticks too. This is a foundation and concealer in one – perfect for me as one less thing to carry. It contains double the amount of pigment, giving you max coverage using very little product for a seamless satin finish. It is also waterproof so you your skin will look flawless come rain or shine.
03 EVELOM Cleanser Treatment 200ml (£85) – For someone who is big into their skincare this is on top of my wishlist. This is their multi-award cult classic, what EVELOM is known for before bringing out their other products. It claims to literally melts away all your makeup (including waterproof) without drying your skin out, and it’s perfect for all skin types too. It contains aromatic plant oils to purify and decongest the skin as well as giving you that radiant complexion especially throughout the winter time.
04 NARS Creamy Concealer (£22.50) – I have heard good things about this concealer and I’m not surprised as they do amazing products. It claims to be super hydrating, giving a light to medium coverage for that flawless finish. It’s also crease-proof which is what I need as I have noticed my current concealer has started to do just that, which I think makes you look even more fatigued. It’s also alcohol and paraben-free so it’s kind to the eye area.
05 Chanel Allure Ink in Amoureux & Libéré (£26 each) – I have been on the hunt for these two shades over the past month and they seem to be sold out EVERYWHERE. They give a matte finish without drying your lips at all. I tried the Amoureux tester and it left my lips feeling velvety and super soft. Amoureux is a beautiful nude colour and Libere is a red that’s perfect for this season.
HP Sprocket (£99) – I have seen this advertised a few times and I saw one of my favourite YouTubers use this in one of their videos. It’s basically a mini wireless printer for on the go where you can print all your photos from your phone. It uses Zink paper meaning Zero Ink, you don’t need any ink to print them out – it’s magic! Being a rose gold addict, I also adore the colour and design. I have so many digital photos these days I miss getting them developed and putting them into photo albums. Theres something nostalgic about flicking through old photo albums seeing actual photographs, and looking at them on my mobile phone just doesn’t feel the same.
Do you have any of these? If so I would love to hear what you think and whether they are worth the splurge.
