Festive Glam Makeup Video Tutorial

Festive Glam Makeup Video Tutorial

I did a makeup tutorial recently using the Makeup Revolution lipstick, 100% Vamp which only cost £1…! I couldn’t believe the price and I had to ask a member of staff in the store to check for me. It’s a beautiful deep burgundy colour which is so on trend right now.

Below is the video and the list of products and brushes used. I used a mixture of high-end and drugstore products. I really hope you enjoy it and would love to know what you think in the comments below! x

♥Bobbi Brown Smoothing Pore Perfector – This featured in my October Monthly Favourites video. It’s a great primer before applying your makeup and I find it helps my makeup last much longer throughout the day.
Charlotte Tilbury Wonder Glow – I love this product so much and it’s a staple in my makeup bag. It’s perfect prior to putting on your foundation as it helps give you that subtle healthy glow.
Zoeva Cocoa Blend palette – Pure Ganache – Zoeva is quickly becoming one of my favourites, I still can’t believe how affordable their palettes are and I adore the designs on each one. In this tutorial I only used one colour for the eyes, a beautiful shimmery gold that’s perfect for the look.
Maybelline Master Ink Liquid Eyeliner Black – I’ve been using this for months (it’s probably my third one) as it’s so quick and easy to use. I use it for both everyday and evening looks to create a heavy-winged look.
Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick Warm Beige – It’s the perfect shade for me and it’s so easy to use without creating any mess. I usually use my fingers to blend it in but for a flawless look like this I used a foundation brush.
Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer No.2 – This is a great concealer and the consistency is just right for a great coverage. I had to go down a shade as my skin has gone lighter over the recent months from the lack of sunshine.
Maybelline Master Strobing Stick Medium Nude – This is so easy to use and convenient to carry around in your makeup bag as you don’t need a brush to blend it in. Super easy and lightweight and I love how it perks up my dull complexion throughout the day.
Ardell Demi Wispies lashes – My all time favourite lashes that I have been wearing for years.
Duo Dark Tone Lash Adhesive – I have been using DUO for years, it’s never ever out of my makeup bag. This particular Dark Tone is perfect for me as it dries dark to blend in with my eyeliner.
Collection Waterproof Volumising Mascara in Black – This is a great mascara and I use is over my lashes, only need a couple of coats for that defined look. I always like to use waterproof as I find the lashes hold better for longer.

Collection Eyebrow Kit Brunette – This has featured in my previous video and blog posts including Happy National Brow Day! This is also a staple in my makeup bag and I genuinely can’t live without it.
MAC lipliner Nightmoth – This lipliner is perfect for all my dark coloured lipsticks. A beautiful deep burgundy with a purple tone. A must for that sharp clean look.
Makeup Revolution Lipstick 100% Vamp – This was £1!  I still can’t get over the price of this, it’s such a bargain. It feels hydrating on my lips and I love the colour. The smell also reminds me of sweets.
Hourglass Ambient palette – I love love love this palette so much, Hourglass is another brand that is quickly becoming my favourite. I also have a few of their other products on my radar as the quality and the colours are just amazing.

225 Luxe Eyeblender – Zoeva – This reminds me of 142 brush below but smaller. Great for blending the colour to soften the look.
142 Concealer Buffer – Zoeva – I only have two concealer brushes and they are the best. This is one of them and it’s perfect for blending in your favourite concealer when I don’t want to use my fingers to create that flawless look.
228 Luxe Crease Brush – Zoeva – I used this to apply eyeshadow over the entire lid, but I find it doesn’t always pick up some of my eyeshadows so I have to spend some time adding more colour on.
234 Luxe Smoky Shader – Zoeva – I use this for just beneath my eyes as it packs the right amount of powder. The hairs are super soft so it doesn’t drag or feel prickly on the skin.
Contour brush – Rosie Huntington – I fell in love with the RH brush set as I am a rose gold addict(!) The brushes are good quality and I particularly like this contour brush to define my cheeks.

What brushes can’t you live without? And do you have a beauty bargain like my £1 lipstick?
