Your 3 Essential Winter Warmer Jumpers

Your 3 Essential Winter Warmer Jumpers

It’s that time of year where I am practically living in jumpers. I get cold easily, and the slightly draught or wind turns my body into an ice cube. My body just can’t function in the British cold weather. So, these are my top three essential jumpers in different styles to see me through winter and the Christmas period. This Pale Grey Turtle Neck from New Look (£9.99) is my “everyday jumper” and it’s the perfect colour and length for me.  It’s super soft with long sleeves  and not not too thick where I would struggle wearing a coat or jacket over it. I have been teaming this with my favourite pair of ankle grazer’s from Topshop for that casual look.

This year instead of a traditional Christmas jumper that I would maybe wear once or twice, I wanted a jumper to wear throughout the Autumn and Winter months but still give off a “festive vibe”. This Rib Sparkle Crew Top from Oasis (£36) may not be the warmest but it’s beautiful metallic material and the fit makes it perfect for any occasion, from casual wear to evening parties. This is the exact colour I had in mind for a sparkly jumper and it goes with so many things in my wardrobe. During the day I have been wearing this with my favourite River Island skinny jeans and Supaga trainers for that laid-back look, and for date nights I swap the jeans for a high-waisted midi-length skirt  and heels.

It was love at first sight with this pale nude Nep Cable Jumper from Topshop (£55). It’s super chunky and warm, a winter classic. I absolutely adore the knit pattern and I like it oversized with a high neck. I purposely went up a size as I find jumpers like these shrink slightly after wash. I like to wear this with my skinny jeans to balance out the oversized knit. Its super chunky I can’t fit my coat over it, but I don’t mind as it is pretty much a wind barrier(!)

Which one is your favourite?
